The mindset of going ‘on a diet’ lead us to the inevitable destination of coming ‘off a diet’ and this is when you may have found weight creeping back on. It’s not unusual for people to get into a cycle of dieting, overeating, feeling guilty and dieting again. This is known as ‘yoyo dieting’ and makes weight loss difficult to sustain.

This weight loss programme is not a diet; it is designed to enable you to change your relationship with food forever. By using hypnotherapy and NLP we will put you back in control of the issues that have brought you here in the first place. By changing your thinking patterns and therefore your feelings and subsequent behaviours, you will find yourself responding in ways you never dreamed possible.
A weight loss that is both healthy and sustainable is estimated at anything between 1 lb and 2 lb a week; and our weight loss programme runs over 12 sessions. The first 6 sessions are weekly to build up motivation and momentum and the following 6 sessions are at intervals agreed with yourself with telephone, email and Skype support in between if required.
Each face-to-face session lasts for 1 ½ hours. Discounts are available for block bookings and can be provided on request.
